Simona Motta
Her main practice area is administrative law. She provides both judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the matters of public contracts, urban planning and construction, including expropriation procedures , as well as environmental law , especially in the sector of energy and waste. She advises on administrative and accounting liability procedures as well as antitrust procedures.
