Alessandro Osnato

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has gained wide experience in labour and employment law , assisting companies and individuals in all phases of the employment relationship, from its inception to dispute management.

He has also developed solid experience in commercial and corporate contracting, supporting Italian and international clients in the drafting, negotiation, and review of national and cross-border agreements, as well as in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions, also with particular focus on the employment law aspects associated with corporate restructuring processes. His consistent focus on clients’ needs — including those in a cross-border context — has led him to handle a wide range of matters, including litigation proceedings, related to both business and private clients, providing a solution-oriented approach.

Since 2015 member of the CRINT – International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

In 2021 co-founder of the Chamber of International Lawyers – Italian International Lawyers.

Since 2025 Italian Certified Advisor of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates
